What started as a small attempt to taste the natural offerings of the Hudson Valley has turned into a small scale syrup operation. With nearly 100 taps, during the late winter thaw, you can find Jarren Vink traipsing through the Vink Farm sugarbush collecting sap and tending to late night wood-fired boils. The rest of the year, Jarren can be found in the studio playing with lights and cameras, photographing and directing for commercial clients.
